Medical-Surgical/Emergency Department RN

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced RN for a dynamic role spanning medical-surgical, emergency, and outpatient infusion services. This is a 12-hour day shift position (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on a 12-day rotation.

Unit Details

You'll work across multiple care settings:

• Medical-Surgical Unit: Inpatient, observational, and swingbed care
• Emergency Department: Fast-paced acute care
• Outpatient Infusion: Scheduled infusion therapy

Patient Population & Common Diagnoses

• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Post-operative orthopedic patients
• ia
• Urinary tract infection/altered mental status
• Failure to thrive

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• AHA Procedural Sedation Module certification
• Valid RN license in Colorado
