About the Unit
The facility's OR manages a high-volume surgical program across 11 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite. You'll work in a fast-paced environment serving diverse surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and bariatrics. The unit is equipped with advanced robotic systems and specialized orthopedic equipment. Patient ratios are 1:1.
What You'll Do
As a Surgical RN, you'll provide direct patient care in the OR, collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams, and maintain high clinical and safety standards. No floating to other units—you'll focus exclusively on the OR environment.
What We Need
- Current RN license
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) or equivalent certification
- BLS certification
- BSN and CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred
