Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Location: Warner Robins, GA

Shift: NOC, 3 × 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery unit. You'll provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.

Requirements

Experience & Licensure:

• Minimum 18 months of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current GA or compact state RN license

Certifications (at hire):

• BLS (AHA)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Fetal Monitoring certification
• ACLS preferred

Clinical Skills:

• IV insertion
• Electronic health record (EHR) charting proficiency

Key Details

• Float Requirement: All nursing staff are expected to float to other departments within the facility system as patient care needs dictate. Float assignments are monitored on a department-based rotation.
• Call/Weekend: Standard on-call and weekend work expected as part of NOC scheduling.

This is a straightforward assignment for an L&D nurse ready to work nights and support a busy labor and delivery team.
