Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry nurse for a 13-week contract on the night shift.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Guaranteed hours
- Start date: September 28, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred
About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, monitoring patients with cardiac conditions and managing a range of acute medical-surgical cases. Responsibilities include continuous cardiac monitoring, medication administration, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Nurses who are comfortable working independently on night shift, adapt quickly to new environments, and bring strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Travel experience is a plus—we're looking for adaptable, self-directed clinicians.
