Operating Room RN – 13-Week Assignment
Position Overview
The facility's operating room is seeking a full-time RN for a 13-week assignment. You'll join the OR team in a fast-paced surgical environment focused on orthopedic procedures.
Schedule & Details
- Full-time: 36 hours per week
- Monday through Thursday
- Four 9-hour shifts: 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM
- On-call responsibilities included
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic surgery background
- Proficiency in both circulating and scrubbing roles
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in the OR, including positioning, equipment setup, specimen handling, and procedural support during orthopedic cases. You'll work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient outcomes.
