Long Term Care Supervisor
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Supervisor to lead evening operations. This is a 13-week contract position offering prompt interviews and quick start availability.
Shift & Schedule
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Key Responsibilities
As supervisor, you'll oversee evening shift operations, manage nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with facility standards. You'll respond to clinical and administrative issues, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support nursing staff in delivering compassionate long-term care.
Requirements
- Current RN license (New York)
- Long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
