Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN for night shift coverage. You'll deliver rapid assessment, , and emergency care to patients across all age groups in a fast-paced environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour shifts per week: 19:00 – 07:00
• Weekend rotations required
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirement

Clinical Scope

You'll manage high-acuity emergency cases including trauma, advanced life support interventions, and rapid assessment of diverse patient populations (pediatric through geriatric). Your expertise in IV access, interventions, and emergency protocols will be essential. Daily census averages 27 patients.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience
• Current RN license (WV or Compact; pending licenses accepted)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
• TNCC preferred
• Not accepting first-time travelers

Orientation: 48 hours (held every other Monday)
