Endoscopy RN – Circulator
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced RN circulator for a 13-week contract in the endoscopy unit. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a structured, Monday–Friday schedule.
Shift & Schedule
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 4 x 10 day shift structure
Clinical Scope
You'll circulate in a 2-suite endoscopy department performing a wide range of procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, and ION procedures. Patient ratios are 1:1 during circulation, with up to 2 patients in PACU/preop as needed.
Requirements
- RN license (current and valid)
- Minimum 1 year endoscopy experience
- Advanced skills: ERCP and EUS required; robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS preferred
- Ability to float to the ASC and surrounding facilities as needed
Unit Details
- 1 circulator and 1 tech per room
- Dedicated scope washer assigned each shift
- Daily pre-shift huddle
- Hospital-issued scrubs required
- Documentation via electronic health record system
