About the Unit
You'll join a fast-paced emergency department managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. The unit handles high-volume patient flow, including cardiac monitoring, acute stabilization, and time-sensitive interventions. You'll work as part of a collaborative team and be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
What You'll Do
- Perform IV starts and phlebotomy
- Initiate and interpret cardiac monitoring
- Manage acute patient care in a high-pressure environment
- Work flexibly across multiple patient assignments during peak volume
What We're Looking For
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI
- Essential Skills: Adaptability, strong teamwork, composure under pressure
- Preferred: Prior high-acuity or emergency medical experience (RN, paramedic, or technician background)
- Personality: Outgoing, positive, and thrives in dynamic settings
