Emergency Department Registered Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for the Emergency Department. This is a night shift role providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Shift & Contract Details

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Duration: 8 or 12 weeks
Start Date: Late September 2026
Weekends: Required as needed
Float: May be asked to float to other facility locations as needed

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
Current Ohio RRT license (required at submission)
Active NBRC certification (required at submission)
Active BLS certification (required at submission)
ACLS and TNCC certifications strongly preferred
Negative 10-panel drug screen (including nicotine) within 12 months of start
Background check clearance required; no license hits accepted
Must be nicotine-free
Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director from assignments within the past 12 months
