Operating Room RN
Position Overview
The facility's outpatient surgery center is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 16-week contract. You'll work Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, with guaranteed 40-hour weeks.
Clinical Scope
This role encompasses diverse surgical cases including robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, gynecology, and urology procedures. Strong experience in gynecology, plastics, and prostate biopsies is preferred. You'll support a fast-paced surgical team in a variety of case types.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work in a multi-specialty surgical environment
Schedule & Holiday Expectations
Monday–Friday day shift (6:45 AM–3:15 PM). You must commit to working 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
