Polysomnography Technologist – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) for a night shift position in the sleep medicine department.

Shift & Contract Details

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: September 21, 2026
  • Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Requirements

  • Current RPSGT certification and license
  • Polysomnography technician experience
  • Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, PPD/IGRA, Influenza as recommended)
  • 10-panel drug screen
  • Background check and credentialing documentation
  • Specialty-specific competency testing

Clinical Scope

You will conduct overnight sleep studies, set up and monitor patients using polysomnographic equipment, apply sensors and electrodes, and collect data to support sleep disorder diagnoses. You'll maintain accurate patient records and ensure all equipment functions properly throughout the night shift.
