Medical-Surgical Travel Nurse | Atlanta, GA

This 13-week contract places you on a Medical-Surgical unit in Atlanta, Georgia, caring for a primarily medical patient population. The unit is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and solid foundational med-surg skills.

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
• Start date: August 24, 2026

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical
• Patient population: Primarily medical patients
• Expected patient ratio: 1:5–6

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of Medical-Surgical experience
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• IV and PICC line experience
• Charting experience in an electronic health record system

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced med-surg nurse looking for a stable, full-time travel contract in a major metropolitan area. Guaranteed hours provided for the duration of the contract.
