Interventional Radiology Technologist

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy interventional suite performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Monday–Friday (standard schedule)

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
• Proven interventional radiology or catheterization lab experience required
• BLS certification

What You'll Do

You'll assist physicians with a variety of interventional procedures including vascular access, guidewire placement, drain insertions, embolizations, and other image-guided interventions. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing equipment and supplies for procedures
• Positioning patients and operating imaging equipment
• Assisting with sterile technique and procedure support
• Monitoring and documenting patient information
• Maintaining a clean, safe procedural environment
