Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced cardiovascular operating room technician to join the surgical team on a 13-week contract. You'll scrub for a range of cardiothoracic and vascular procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Call duty: once per week
• Weekend coverage: one per month

Key Responsibilities

Scrub for coronary artery bypass grafts, open and robotic valve repairs, and peripheral vascular cases. You'll work alongside surgeons and anesthesia to ensure sterile technique, instrument management, and seamless case flow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of cardiovascular surgical experience
• Current CVOR Tech certification or equivalent credentials
• Proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures
