Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with guaranteed hours of 72 per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine mammography procedures with proficiency and attention to quality standards
- Support breast imaging coordination functions, including tracking, follow-up, and compliance activities
- Maintain knowledge of MQSA and mammography regulatory requirements to ensure departmental compliance
- Assist with breast imaging coordination dashboard functions as directed
- Collaborate with department leadership on day-to-day clinical operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of mammography experience
- ARRT certification (current and valid)
- BLS-AHA certification (current and valid)
- Solid understanding of MQSA standards and regulatory requirements
Important Notes
- No supervisory duties; clinical leadership and QC responsibilities are managed by department staff
- This is a non-float position with a set Monday–Friday schedule
- Travel candidates only; you must have been separated from this facility for at least 6 months prior to consideration
