Travel RN – Orthopedics/Neurology | Denver, CO

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Start Date: July 24, 2026

This orthopedic/neurology unit provides post-surgical care for patients undergoing total joint replacements (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery. The unit is fast-paced, collaborative, and well-staffed, with a strong culture of teamwork and employee engagement. Travelers are welcomed and integrated as full members of the team.

Unit Details

• Day shift staffing includes a charge RN, RNs to volume, 1–2 techs, and a unit secretary
• Common equipment: immobilizers, braces, and cold therapy devices
• Weekend requirement: minimum 2 shifts per 4-week scheduling period

Required Qualifications

• Solid Med/Surg clinical experience
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Ortho/spine nursing experience
• ACLS certification
