Registered Nurse

Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Kingwood, TX

This is a 13-week travel contract in an active Emergency Department, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position offers 36 guaranteed hours per week.

The Unit

The ED manages a broad range of acute and emergent presentations. Common procedures include IV placement, blood draws, EKG interpretation, resuscitation, and other standard emergency interventions. Trauma experience is a plus, though acute ER experience is the primary requirement.

Schedule & Expectations

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 weekend shifts per month
• No on-call required
• No floating required

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Requirements

• Active acute ER experience is mandatory — candidates without this background will not be considered
• Trauma experience preferred
• An active, personable demeanor is a strong fit for this team's culture
