Medical-Surgical Nursing – Evening/Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical nurse for an evening/night shift role. You'll work 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and every other holiday off.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 13, 2026
- Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend; every other holiday
Required Credentials & Certifications
- Current nursing license (verification required)
- COVID-19 vaccination
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and Tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA)
- Background check and criminal history clearance
- Drug screening
- Physical/health statement and fit test
- Specialty-specific competency testing
What You'll Need to Complete
Standard onboarding requirements include confidentiality agreements, system access forms, skills checklist, abuse/neglect training, and compliance documentation.
About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing patients across a range of acute conditions. This is a full-time, 13-week travel assignment ideal for nurses seeking an evening/night schedule with predictable weekend and holiday rotation.
