Inpatient Physical Therapist | Burlington, MA | 13-Week Contract

This inpatient Physical Therapist role is based in Burlington, MA, offering 8-hour day shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours excluded).

The Role

You'll manage 7–8 patients per day across inpatient units, working alongside a team of inpatient PTs and OTAs. Based on your experience and comfort level established at orientation, you may rotate across Med/Surg, Ortho, Emergency Department, or Step-Down units.

What You'll Need

• Active Massachusetts PT license
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient PT experience
• High-acuity inpatient experience required
• BLS certification
• Candidates must have been separated from this facility system for at least 6 months prior to consideration

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour days, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Float: Possible rotation across inpatient units based on skillset
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
