ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Burlington, MA

13-Week Travel Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This ICU position is located in Burlington, MA, and offers 12-hour night shifts with a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly. Every other weekend is required.

Unit Overview

The ICU manages high-acuity patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. Candidates should be comfortable with the full scope of ICU nursing, including monitoring, titrating drips, and managing critically ill patients. Float coverage to the PCU may be required as needed.

Schedule & Contract Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour nights
• Every other weekend required
• 72-hour biweekly guarantee (excludes on-call hours)
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Anticipated start: September 21, 2026

Requirements

• ASN required
• 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• Experience in a high-acuity trauma setting preferred; Trauma Level II background may be considered
• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• A telemetry assessment will be administered on day one; results are pass/fail and may impact assignment continuation

• Local candidates will not be considered
• Candidates must have been separated from prior employment at this health system for a minimum of 6 months (including permanent, per diem, and travel roles) to be eligible
