Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Pediatrics

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Contract Duration: Up to 26 weeks

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5×8 hours

Schedule Options: Flexible start times between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (coordinate with facility)

About the Role

Join the outpatient pediatrics department at an acute care facility. You'll work independently with pediatric patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing direct patient care and therapy services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric PT experience (hard requirement; first-timers with 1+ years of experience welcome)
• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license (must be in hand at submission)
• BLS certification required
• No on-call or floating required
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off one shift per two-week period

• No call-in required; interview coordination will come through your staffing contact
• Scrubs: Navy blue
• Free parking available
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status to be confirmed
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All time-off requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
