Respiratory Therapist — 13-Week Travel Assignment

Location: Jackson, MS

Shift & Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• No call
• Two weekends per month (every-weekend option available)
• Must work all holidays between November 22, 2026 and January 5, 2027

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Contract: Guaranteed hours

About the Role:

The facility operates multiple high-acuity ICUs, a NICU, and a Burn Unit—a high-volume environment requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You'll deliver respiratory care across critical and specialty populations, troubleshoot equipment, manage ventilators, perform airway management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• RRT or CRTT credential (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• PALS certification (preferred)
• Current Mississippi RCP License (required)
• Minimum 3 years acute care experience in a hospital setting
• Strong time management and integrity
• Willingness to work in a high-volume, demanding environment
