Shift: 8-hour day shift, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Tuesday–Saturday (flexible hours on Saturdays)

About the Role
Join an interdisciplinary team in acute inpatient physical therapy. You'll evaluate patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, develop plans of care, and deliver direct treatment services. Patient and family education, along with thorough documentation, are essential parts of the role.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills. You'll need excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
Requirements
- License: MA Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Certification: Current BLS (CPR)
- Experience: Inpatient PT experience required
- Flexibility: Must be available for orientation sessions (every other week)
- Residency: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (non-local travelers only)
- History: Must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months if previously employed
Contract Details
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
- Float Required: No
- Orientation: Every other week
