Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (8-hour days)

About the Role

The facility's imaging department is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a dedicated breast imaging team. You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, mammography-guided procedures, and breast ultrasound in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms per physician orders
• Assist with stereotactic and prone table biopsies
• Conduct breast ultrasound exams
• Educate patients and address concerns with professionalism
• Maintain strict QA/QC and radiation safety standards
• Document exams accurately in imaging systems
• Collaborate with radiologists on findings and follow-up care
• Ensure MQSA compliance and facility accreditation standards

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M)
• ARRT/ARDMS certification in breast ultrasound or breast sonography
• State radiologic technology license (as applicable)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• 3–5 years of diagnostic breast imaging experience at an imaging center
• 1+ year experience with PACS imaging systems
• MQSA continuing education compliance
• Must have substantial breast imaging experience

Additional Notes

• This is a guaranteed contract with 72 hours biweekly.
• No float or on-call required.
• Must be separated from previous facility for 6+ months.
• No local candidates considered.
