Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday (8-hour days)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role

Join the rehabilitation team at the facility as a Physical Therapist Assistant. You'll provide quality physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary care team, conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and administering therapy to patients across inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs
• Developing age-appropriate plans of care following PT evaluation
• Accurately documenting patient treatment and progress
• Responding effectively to changing work assignments
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours weekly)
• Every-other-weekend availability required (typically one weekend per month)
• Holiday coverage as needed (one holiday per contract year)
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current state PT/PTA license
• Minimum 1 year inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience
• BLS certification
• Crisis Prevention Institute (TEAM) training required within 6 months of hire
• First Aid certification preferred
• Primary source online verification of credentials
