Cardiac Cath Lab | Nashville, TN | 13-Week Contract
This is an active, high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab position supporting a comprehensive cardiac program offering the full range of interventional and electrophysiology services — everything short of transplant.
Schedule
4 x 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Floats limited to prep and recovery only.
Clinical Scope
The lab performs a broad caseload across both Cath and EP:
- Cath Lab: Diagnostic angiography, PCI, complex CTO, rotablator and laser atherectomy, shockwave, IVUS/FFR, ECMO, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, Impella
- EP Lab: EP studies, pacemakers, ICDs, ablations (excluding cryo), Micra pacemakers, loop recorders, and laser lead extractions
RNs circulate and monitor procedures, manage hemodynamic status, administer medications and sedation, handle vascular access and sheath removal, and respond to emergent complications.
Requirements — RNs
- Active RN license (state or applicable compact)
- BLS and ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience
- Ability to cover call as needed
Requirements — Cardiovascular/EP Technologists
- RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)
- BLS and ACLS required
- Scrub and monitor experience in Cath and/or EP procedures
