Cardiac Cath Lab Tech | Exeter, NH | 13-Week Contract
This cardiac catheterization lab position supports a busy interventional environment performing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. The role begins September 21, 2026, and runs for 13 weeks.
Schedule & Call
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour days)
- 10–11 on-call shifts per month required, including rotating weekends
- 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Clinical Scope
- Assist cardiologists and vascular surgeons during diagnostic angiograms, PCI/stent placements, and pacemaker/device implants
- Function in scrub, circulate, and monitor roles as assigned
- Operate diagnostic imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields; administer contrast media and medications per protocol
- Monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures and respond to hemodynamic changes
- Assist with post-procedure care including sheath removal and site management
- Provide shared on-call coverage supporting 24/7 cath lab operations
- Accurately document procedures, supplies, and patient data
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program
- New Hampshire RT license required — apply immediately if not yet held
- MIRT license required
- RCIS or ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
- Float: Not required
> Candidates must have been separated from BILH-affiliated facilities for a minimum of 6 months prior to placement (travel, permanent, or per diem).
