Operating Room – Circulator RN | Paris, TN | 13-Week Contract

This OR position supports a multi-specialty surgical suite serving adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations. The unit operates across a broad range of surgical disciplines with a strong focus on robotic and minimally invasive procedures.

Shift & Schedule

• Days | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | 5x8-hour shifts
• On-call: 1–2 days per week on a rotating schedule shared among all circulators
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 4–6 weeks
• Start date: September 14, 2026

Clinical Scope

Procedures include robotic-assisted hysterectomy, prostatectomy, and sacrocolpopexy; robotic total hip and knee arthroplasty; AAA repair (planned and emergent); urologic laser procedures; laparoscopic GYN and GI surgery; orthopedic cases (open/closed fracture reduction, arthroscopy, total joint replacement); ENT; and general surgery.

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of circulator experience required; PACU experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Prior experience with electronic health records is required and must be documented on your profile — including specific facility where used; candidates will complete a competency exam (one attempt only)
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered); flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Candidate will interview
