Registered Dietitian – Clinical Nutrition
Location: Plymouth, MA
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, rotating weekends
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the clinical nutrition team. You'll provide comprehensive nutritional assessment, planning, and counseling to support patient outcomes across the care continuum.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and monitor parenteral and enteral nutrition protocols
- Assess patient nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on nutrition-related clinical decisions
- Document nutrition interventions and patient progress in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on nutrition management
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Working knowledge of parenteral and enteral nutrition calculation
- Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency with the facility's electronic health record system required
