Location: Nashua, NH

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts — Wednesday and Thursday evenings (7 PM–7 AM) plus every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM)

Position Overview

The facility's radiology department seeks an experienced CT Technologist to perform a wide range of imaging procedures in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work independently under radiologist direction, applying strong technical skills and clinical judgment to deliver quality diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire CT scans per department protocol, including interventional cases, CT angiography, and advanced 3D reconstructions
Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast; review contrast questionnaires with patients
Position patients and optimize scan parameters while consistently applying ALARA principles
Assist radiologists during interventional procedures
Coordinate daily workflow by scheduling inpatients and triaging emergency department cases
Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized work area
Review completed exams for quality before submission to radiologist
Document all activities in the electronic health record

Requirements

Current ARRT certification (ARRT CT Registry preferred)
NH Imaging License
BLS Certification
CT scan experience required
Ability to lift/carry frequently up to 35 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed

What to Expect

Minimal holiday obligations and backup call required. On-call and weekend flexibility expected to support 24/7 department coverage. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
