Emergency Department RN – Night Shift

Location: Decatur, GA

Schedule: NOC | 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | 13-week contract

Start Date: August 24, 2026

About the Role

You'll deliver rapid, comprehensive care in a high-acuity emergency setting. Your responsibilities include and assessment of incoming patients, emergency interventions for trauma activations and codes, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and specialists on patient care plans. You'll monitor patients awaiting admission or discharge and maintain accurate documentation while supporting patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• 1+ years of ER experience
• Experience with protocols and high-acuity environments
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted per facility policy
• TNCC or CEN preferred

Key Details

• Float as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit
• 50-mile radius (no local travelers)
• Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
