Respiratory Therapist – NICU

Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join a NICU team providing critical respiratory support to neonatal patients. You'll perform ventilator assessments, administer breathing treatments, and collaborate closely with nursing and physician staff in a high-acuity critical care environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care RRT hospital experience
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- NICU or pediatric respiratory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Unit Details
The NICU operates with a lean, experienced team—one charge therapist and 8–10 clinical RTs per night shift. You'll work alongside a dedicated staff that values collaboration and clinical excellence. The unit manages complex respiratory cases requiring both technical skill and adaptability.
Schedule & Compensation
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Night shift (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP
