Cath Lab Tech with EP Experience
Position Overview
The facility's cardiac catheterization lab is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech with electrophysiology (EP) expertise. You'll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including EP ablations, device implants, and advanced hemodynamic support cases.
Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour rotating shifts: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Call coverage: 4:30 PM–6:00 AM (30-minute response time)
- Weekend and holiday call required
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
Clinical Scope
You'll scrub and assist physicians with all EP procedures, including transeptal ablations, cryoablations, laser lead extractions, and device work. Cases average 15–18 per day across three labs. You'll monitor hemodynamics, manage EP recording systems, and handle patients requiring Impella, IABP, and INARI support. Experience with catheter ablation, PVCs, and ablation mapping systems is essential.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (CI), ARRT (R), or ARRT (VI) certification
- West Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 1+ years of cath lab experience
- Strong knowledge of EP procedures and recording systems

- Document procedures accurately
- No float requirement—dedicated to cath lab and EP only
- OR scrubs provided daily
