Electrophysiology Scrub Technician – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced EP Scrub Technician for a 13-week contract assignment in the electrophysiology laboratory. This is a day shift role working 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no call or weekend requirements.

About the Role

You'll support a dynamic EP lab performing a wide range of procedures including ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions. The lab operates six procedure suites staffed by an experienced team of nurses and technicians. Your responsibilities will include patient preparation, instrument management, procedural assistance, and maintaining a sterile field during complex electrophysiology cases.

Requirements

Current RCIS, RCES, and ARRT certifications required
Minimum 1 year of scrub experience in a catheterization or electrophysiology lab
Familiarity with EP mapping systems and associated equipment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work collaboratively with a cohesive team

What We're Looking For

Candidates with greater than 1 year of cath lab or EP lab experience are prioritized. You should be flexible, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Logistics

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends, no call)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Scrubs: Blue (provided by facility)
