Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 9 PM–7:30 AM (4 x 10 nights)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: July 13, 2026

About the Role

The facility's imaging department is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality computed tomography exams in a fast-paced, trauma-focused setting. You'll support critical patient care, including stroke and burn imaging, working with an experienced radiology team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging exams per physician orders with accurate positioning and image quality
  • Prepare and administer contrast media; screen for allergies, renal function, and contraindications
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after contrast administration
  • Operate CT equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain strict radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
  • Document exams accurately in imaging management systems
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure diagnostic quality

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
  • ARRT certification in CT (ARRT-CT) preferred/required per facility
  • State radiologic technology license (as applicable)
  • BLS certification required
  • IV certification and venipuncture skills
  • 1+ years of CT experience preferred
